Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks
- Take food and drink orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in managing inventory levels for beverages and supplies to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant service, bartending, or food industry roles is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
