As a licensed Strata Manager (Community Manager), you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio. Responsibilities of this position may include, but are not limited to:

Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes

Onboarding new stratas complexes as new contracts are confirmed

Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner

Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner

Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes

Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices
Requirements

A valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is required

A positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service

Ability to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients’ expectations

Ability to work well independently and within a team

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

Sound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporation
