What You'll Do
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional, and positive attitude.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Coordinate patient bookings and maintain an organized clinic schedule.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and available services.
- Build strong relationships with patients to ensure an outstanding experience from their first visit to their last.
- Assist patients with insurance, billing, and administrative paperwork.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to keep clinic operations running smoothly.
- Help patients commit to their care plans by confidently discussing treatment recommendations and scheduling future appointments.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, healthcare, hospitality, retail, or sales is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset but not required—we provide training for the right person.
