We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about services or products
- Upsell products or services to enhance the guest experience
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English
