Responsibilities
- Architectural High-end ultra detailed workmanship expectations
- Interior finishing, Trim, Doors, Casing, Complex Stairs, Ceilings
- Siding, Cladding, Building envelope detailing
- Framing, finish carpentry, architectual fencing, and decking
- Collaborate with other trades on all phases of construction
- Work under and support experienced leads and foremen
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
- Embrace continuous learning and team-based work
Requirements
- Red Seal or Journeyman certification (preferred for senior roles)
- Ability to take direction and work independently
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Experience with tools and materials used in residential construction
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
