Playtime Bowl & Entertainment is Toronto’s epic party place and premier entertainment centre. Playtime spans over 30,000 square feet and currently features upscale bowling, over 50 arcade games with a redemption prize store, high intensity laser tag and a restaurant with chef inspired food/catering & craft made cocktails. Playtime specializes in hosting group events including adult/corporate functions, social gatherings, live music concerts & kids birthday parties.
Responsibilities/Duties Include:
- Learn and maintain knowledge of menu offerings
- Deliver bar service in accordance with Smart Serve practices
- Deliver responsible and friendly food / beverage service to guests
- Assist with delivery of food service
- Prepare beverages promptly and accurately for servers and guests
- Maintain clean and neat bar area
- Monitor inventory
Skills Required:
- Smart Serve Certification required
- Bartending Certificate is an asset
- Experience in high traffic bar is an asset
- Able to use POS system in prompt and efficient manner
- Professional and hard working attitude
- Ability to work within team environment and follow directions as required
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, weekend nights and holidays
