Job Title: Shuttle Driver – Contract Transportation Support
Location: Toronto, ON
Compensation: $225–$250 per day (flat rate; vehicle provided)
Contract Type: Short-term contract (August 5–10, 2026)
We are seeking professional, discreet, and experienced drivers for a private transportation assignment in Toronto. This short-term contract involves providing safe and reliable shuttle support for authorized personnel between designated local locations.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with proven transportation experience, a clean record, and the flexibility to commit to full-day availability across multiple days. This is a role with high expectations for reliability and conduct.
Vehicles are provided. No personal vehicle use is required.
Responsibilities
- Transport individuals safely between assigned locations, including airports, accommodations, and other local sites
- Follow set schedules and adapt to real-time updates from dispatch
- Keep vehicle clean and presentable throughout the day
- Maintain professional appearance and behaviour at all times
- Represent the organization with courtesy, discretion, and punctuality
Schedule Requirements
- Must be fully available for entire days from August 5–10, 2026
- Drivers may have periods of waiting between assignments but must remain on location and ready as directed
Compensation
- Flat daily rate of $225–$250, based on experience and assignment
- Covers all transportation duties and availability across scheduled days
- This is a contractor role; no benefits or additional compensation will be provided
- All driving is done using vehicles supplied by the organization
Screening Requirements
To be considered, applicants must meet the following minimum standards:
- Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License (held for at least 1 year)
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Clean criminal background check
- Minimum 2 professional references from past transport, hospitality, or security-related work
- Must sign a confidentiality agreement (NDA) prior to assignment
- Must be willing to attend a mandatory orientation and protocol briefing prior to August 5
Preferred Experience
- Experience in hotel shuttle, private chauffeur, corporate transport, or ride share (Uber Black, Lyft Lux, etc.)
- Background in event logistics, security, or guest services
- Familiarity with Toronto-area roadways and airport/hotel coordination
- First Aid or defensive driving certification is an asset
