About Greenway Dental Centre
Greenway Dental Centre is a new, modern dental practice focused on providing exceptional patient care in a calm, welcoming environment. We are a patient-centred practice offering comprehensive general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, Invisalign, and restorative care.
We are looking for a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new practice from the ground up, where your ideas, skills, and personality will be valued.

Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during general, restorative, surgical, cosmetic, and implant procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure instruments and materials are ready for procedures
- Maintain infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Take and process dental radiographs as required
- Assist with intraoral scanning and other digital dentistry technologies
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Provide attentive and compassionate chairside support to patients
- Help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their appointments
- Assist with accurate clinical records and charting
- Support operatory turnover and daily clinic organization
- Monitor and maintain dental supplies and inventory
- Follow all clinic protocols and contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Work collaboratively with the dentist and front-office team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Contribute ideas and help develop efficient systems and workflows as the practice grows
Experience
- Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) in good standing in British Columbia
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience with general dentistry is required; experience with surgical, implant, cosmetic, or orthodontic procedures is an asset
- Current CPR certification
- Strong understanding of infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Comfortable with digital dental technology and willing to learn new systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Comfortable working in a new practice environment where flexibility and initiative are valued

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
