Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas according to client specifications
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow established cleaning protocols to meet high standards of sanitation and presentation
- Restock supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and preferences
Requirements
- Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, especially in commercial or high-end residential settings
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for upscale clientele
- Reliable transportation is a plus for timely arrival at various job sites
- Ability to pass background checks as required by clients or company policies
