Position Overview
We are currently looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team at CSN Turpin Capital Collision.
This position is vacant.
The role is responsible for managing the work flow through the shop and ensuring efficient and proper completion of repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling vehicle in for production.
- Monitor repair progress and communicate any delays to the appropriate people.
- Update repair status is management system.
- Ensure appropriate technicians are assigned to jobs prior to the technician receiving the vehicle.
- Coordinate with parts department to ensure proper parts are available.
- Help prioritize work to maintain work efficiency and flow.
- Ensure repair files notes and documentation are complete, accurate and up to date.
- Assist with quality control and final delivery preparations.
- Work with insurance partners, vendors, and rental companies when required.
- Maintain clean, organized and professional work environment.
- Conduct a daily production meeting with technicians to review assigned repairs, priorities, timelines, and any road block impacting production.
- Monitor employee’s attendance and work as needed if directed by the Shop Manager.
- Maintain company and OEM quality standards
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 – 2 years of experience in the automotive collision industry is required
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong communication skills
Work Environment & Schedule
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Environment: Shop, in person role
