Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional Member and guest services during events, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees. This role involves serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and assisting with event needs. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with a strong commitment to hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet Members and Guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements during banquets and events
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
- Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the event
- Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns professionally
- Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces as needed
- Follow proper food handling procedures in accordance with safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service experiences
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong guest service and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with food preparation or hotel service is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
- A friendly demeanor and commitment to providing excellent customer service
Pay: $18.00 per hour
