Mackie Physiotherapy (Evergreen clinic) is seeking a qualified, highly motivated individual who will assist with reception and office administrative duties. This position will include benefits.
We are a fast-paced private practice clinic that incorporates Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, and Massage. We have a high standard of conduct and professionalism that must be followed to serve our clients best.
Work Hours required: 18.50 Hours per week; Mondays/ Wednesdays 12:15-6:30 pm and Fridays 12:45 -6:45 pm (training shifts will differ from this)
The receptionist duties include:
- patient reception and answering phone calls.
- making and rescheduling appointments.
- management of multiple physiotherapists’ schedules.
- faxing, scanning, and maintenance of electronic filing and data entry.
- assisting in light cleaning protocols throughout the day.
We require an individual who demonstrates:
