Job Description
We’re currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Attic Insulation Installer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing insulation materials in residential and light commercial attics to meet industry and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Safely install blown-in or batt insulation in attics
- Remove old or damaged insulation when necessary
- Seal air leaks using appropriate materials (foam, caulk, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Load and unload insulation materials and tools
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Report project status and any issues to the supervisor
Qualifications
- Prior insulation or construction experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right candidate
- Comfortable working in attics, tight spaces, and hot/cold conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel locally for job sites
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
