Job Description:
CentreCore Facility Services is looking to add hard-working and capable associates to our continuously growing team.
Qualifications:
- Must be flexible with scheduling (afternoons, weekends)
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma is needed
- Property maintenance experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Good communication skills
- Good teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong customer service skills are an asset
Work Setting:
- Various outdoor and indoor locations.
Tasks:
- Cut grass, pull weeds, prune trees, trim hedges and collect leaves
- Pressure wash sidewalks and garbage enclosures
- Litter pick up and refuse collection
- Assist with landscape special projects
- Water plants/flowers
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
