Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.
Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages. You need to be quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically) and have a polite and friendly attitude. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
Available position in our Bistro Restaurant, Halfway Hut or On Course Beverage Cart Service.
Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
Job Tasks/Duties:
- Adhere to all company policies
- Table service to guests.
- Performs Front of House opening and/or closing duties.
- Assists with set up duties for tournament meals
- Performs bussing duties as required
- Restocks refrigerators and counter displays.
- Assists in the proper storage of product deliveries
- Assists with Food and Beverage inventory counts
- Assists Half Way House server with inventory assembly.
- Reconcile and Balance end of day reports
- Maintains compliance with Health Board and other jurisdictional requirements regarding food handling, preparation, and sanitation.
- Maintains compliance with AGCO requirements requiring the purchase, sale, and serving of alcoholic beverages.
- Performs recycling procedures for cardboard, cans, bottles and returnable containers.
- Ensures a safe environment for employees and guests using Food and Beverage facilities

- Prep or side work
- Preparing bill and processing payment
- Assisting kitchen, such as plating and garnishing menu items
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
- Reconciling daily cash transactions
Pay: $17.60-$1,760.00 per hour
