Job Information: Pattison Outdoor, leader in Outdoor Advertising in Canada, is currently looking for a Bilingual Operation Coordinator to join its team in Ottawa. If you are an autonomous and motivated person, committed to developing lasting business relationships, understanding the importance of good organization and time management, this position is for you.
Car allowance: 500$ a month
Phone allowance: 50$ a month
5% bonus structure
What you’ll do…
- Maintaining billboards, transit and all other advertising products and their network in the Eastern Ontario/Gatineau region
- Maintaining the inventory of advertising products
- Manage operations for various projects simultaneously and work with different teams to make sure all milestones of projects are executed efficiently and successfully
- Help ensure Pattison’s products and services meet quality standards
- Contact and manage subcontractors for installations, removals and maintenance of advertising products as well as coordinating these tasks
- Control tasks, offer close follow ups, plan schedules and manage information
- Manage conflicts and pitfalls that projects generate
- Transmit possible solutions regarding the obstacles encountered
- Meeting deadlines and achieving objectives
- Work on the road to manage different projects with our subcontractors and suppliers
- Communicate and work with the Leasing/Development team for any project to install or remove advertising structures.
Who you are…
- Experience in an operational role and in project management
- Knowledge of inventory management and maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written communications (French and English to be able to communicate with contractors, suppliers and employees across Canada)
- Knowledge in basic construction principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Able to create realistic and adequate project plans, adapted to the size and complexity of the project
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Available for travel in the Eastern Ontario region as well as Quebec
- Have a vehicle with a valid driving license (non-negotiable)
