Job Title: Back of Kitchen Team Member (Multi-Station)

Description:
Karahi Boys is looking for a motivated and reliable Back of Kitchen Team Member who can confidently support operations across multiple kitchen stations during assigned shifts. This role is best suited for individuals who are comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced kitchen environment and can adapt quickly to operational demands.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and handle food according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Work efficiently across various kitchen stations as required during the shift
- Support prep, cooking, plating, and kitchen organization
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
- Assist team members during busy service periods
- Ensure station readiness and smooth kitchen workflow
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or back-of-house experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and manage different stations during shifts
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and peak hours
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding kitchen tasks, including lifting and moving supplies when required
