ABOUT US
We’re a third-generation family of dumpling and condiment artisans, bringing our family recipes rooted in East Asian flavours to Greater Victoria.
What started as a husband-and-wife team in Sidney has grown into two local restaurants, with our own sauces now making their way onto supermarket shelves across B.C.
Our restaurants are casual, warm, and community-focused, backed by a growing food group with exciting opportunities ahead.

Restaurant or customer service experience is an asset, but personality matters more. We’re happy to train the right person.
THE ROLE
You’ll be an important part of creating the upbeat experience our guests know us for. You’ll work closely with our guests and kitchen team to keep the restaurant running smoothly, especially when things get busy.
Your day may include:
- Creating a positive experience and bringing a little joy to our guests
- Welcoming guests, helping with orders, and answering questions about our menu and products
- Processing payments and handling the front counter
- Communicating with the kitchen team and keeping orders moving
- Serving and running food with care
- Taking initiative and helping wherever the team needs you
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organized
- Helping with opening, closing, and daily operations
