Schedule: Part-time position (15 to 25 hours per week). Must be available on weekdays and occasionally during evenings and weekends.
Salary: $18.15/hour
Based at Carrefour de l'Estrie and reporting to the Team Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre’s services, amenities, facilities, stores, promotional activities, and customer comfort tools;
- Welcome visitors to the shopping centre and provide information, directions, and assistance while delivering a customer experience characterized by attentiveness, courtesy, and helpfulness;
- Respond to inquiries from both internal and external customers, providing accurate and relevant information and directing them to the appropriate contacts when necessary;
- Collaborate with service delivery teams (security, housekeeping, etc.);
- Perform daily customer service desk duties while adhering to established policies and procedures;
- Be responsible for gift card sales, cash balancing, and sales reconciliation;
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment;
- Perform any other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (Grade 12) or equivalent;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook;
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
