Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC/Refrigeration Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong mechanical expertise and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires keen attention to detail, excellent diagnostic abilities, and a dedication to providing outstanding service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in both residential and commercial environments.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools.
- Braze, assemble, and prepare components for proper system installation and repair.
- Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and other trades to efficiently complete projects.
- Build and assemble HVAC units according to established specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and service reports.
- Adhere to all safety standards, procedures, and regulations on job sites.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related role (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of complex HVAC systems.
- Atleast 2 years experience in HVAC field.
- Knowledge of local building codes and HVAC-related regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documents.
- Relevant hands-on experience in HVAC installation, repair, or maintenance is required.
