We are currently recruiting for the role of Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic and energetic team. This position reports to the Director of Sales.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operational activities
- Serve as a liaison between departments, vendors, clients, and management to ensure clear communication
- Track office inventory, supplies, and equipment; place orders and manage vendor relationships as needed
- Assist in developing, documenting, and improving standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Action marketing initiatives, including social media posts, email campaigns and tradeshow materials and equipment
- Support onboarding of new employees, vendors, or contractors
- Identify and help resolve operational issues or bottlenecks
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an operations, administrative, or coordination role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Previous experience in retail, flooring, import or distribution is an asset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Effective time management and workload efficiency skills
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
