We're looking for an experienced in-home sales consultant to run our free design consultations and turn them into booked projects. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential, built for closers who back themselves.
What You'll Do
- Visit pre-qualified homeowners for free in-home design consultations (confirmed appointments provided, no cold calling)
- Listen, measure, and understand what the homeowner really wants
- Present designs, options, and fixed-price quotes clearly and confidently
- Handle objections around budget, timing, and competing quotes
- Close the project and set up a smooth handoff to our install crew
- Follow up with homeowners still deciding
- Report appointment outcomes through our CRM
You're a Fit If You...
- Have proven high-ticket, face-to-face in-home sales experience (required)
- Are comfortable presenting and defending a $15,000-plus investment
- Have residential estimating or home improvement sales experience (strongly preferred)
- Can speak to your own numbers: close ratio, average sale, revenue
- Present yourself with quiet confidence and earn trust in someone's home
- Hold a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
- Live in or near the West GTA and can travel across the area daily

Schedule
Monday to Friday, plus occasional weekends as needed
Pay: $150,000 to $250,000+ per year. This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential.
