About the Opportunity:
This position will involve every aspect of road marking such as pavement markings for roads and highways, airports and parking lots, as well as sporting courts, playgrounds and more, all over Vancouver Island.
No experience necessary although Priority will be given to People with:
· Past work in the field of line painting
· Personal Drive and a strong work ethic
· Proven experience in trades and construction
· Mechanical or "hands on" technical experience
· Tickets in First Aid and or Traffic Control
· Experience in driving Larger Vehicles such as cube vans
Although we strive to create a fair work/life balance the very nature of our work sometimes makes certain situations unavoidable. Our typical work weeks can be up to 60 hours during the summer months, with lots of night work and a great deal of travel. If you are wanting a 9 to 5, be home for dinner, 40hr work week type of job, this may not be the job for you.

Salary:
$25 to start
Responsibilities
- Operate a box truck to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Prepare surfaces for pavement marking by cleaning and ensuring proper adhesion.
- Apply line markings accurately using various painting techniques and tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects according to specifications.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and team members.
