Your Contribution to Our Growth
We are looking for a motivated Trade Desk Analyst to join our Vancouver office and work within our Trading Desk. This team is the front line support for our institutional clients, ensuring timely and accurate service for our traded products. This role is more complex than a typical support position, combining client-facing responsibilities with analytical, reporting, and operational work.
In this role, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how a modern financial services firm operates from the ground up. You will support critical business functions and actively help identify opportunities to streamline and optimize our processes. Your day-to-day will bridge operations and client relations—ranging from resolving client inquiries regarding products, payments, and transactions, to managing complex settlements and preparing key operational reports. This position is highly suited for a proactive self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for learning how a fast-paced fintech business operates
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, hybrid out of our Downtown, Vancouver office.
The successful candidate will complete training on a Monday to Friday schedule during their first few months. Upon completion of training, the role will transition to a regular Saturday to Wednesday schedule, including weekend and statutory holiday coverage as assigned.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Settlement Management
- Support daily settlements by accurately executing client payments across both blockchain (on-chain) and traditional banking rails within strict cutoff times.
- Reconcile, investigate, and resolve daily cash positions and client trade settlements in a timely manner.
- Process FX settlements, reconcile balances, manage settlement fails, and actively resolve outages with FX brokers.
- Identify operational discrepancies, mitigate settlement risks, and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
Institutional Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, managing inquiries via dedicated chat channels and email.
- Deliver prompt, clear, and professional responses to client queries in strict accordance with company guidelines.
- Guide clients through platform troubleshooting, provide accurate product information, and resolve common onboarding or setup issues.
- Record, track, and manage client requests within our internal ticketing system, ensuring accurate routing and escalation.
- Take full ownership of client requests and operational tasks from initial receipt through to successful resolution.
We’d Love to See
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- 1-3+ years of experience working in a similar field, such as finance, asset management, or banking.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict daily cut-off times.
- Analytical skills and the ability to think through problems logically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); VBA or other basic programming skills are an asset.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the financial, fintech, digital asset domain.

Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
