Client Services Representative / Front Desk (4-Month Contract)
Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Start Date: Approximately July 13, 2026

Contract Length: Approximately 4 months
Our client is seeking a Client Services Representative / Front Desk professional to join their team on a temporary 4-month contract. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting sales operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to process customer orders.
- Enter and maintain customer orders accurately in the sales database.
- Serve as the main liaison between the company and its customers, resolving concerns and fostering strong client relationships.
- Support the COO in achieving sales targets by recommending and implementing promotional initiatives.
- Answer inbound calls and provide professional front desk support.
- File invoices and maintain organized records.
- Prepare daily freezer lists for the shipping team.
- Provide sales support and assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support and customer relations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MD 365) and True Commerce software.
- Knowledge of bakery products and ingredients is considered an asset.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and computer skills.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Compensation:
$19.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
