We’re looking for a strong, reliable, hardworking Garage Labourer to join our team!
We are the premier garage builder serving Winnipeg and surrounding areas, and we’ve been proudly building garages for the past 26 years. We build a garage every day, so if you like working with your hands, seeing the results of your work, and being part of a team that gets things done — this could be the job for you!
What We Do
Our crews build garages from the ground up. You’ll be working alongside experienced tradespeople and getting hands-on experience with:
- Framing
- Installing shingles
- Soffit and fascia
- Siding
- Cladding
- Loading and unloading materials
- General construction and job-site labour
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe
Every day you’ll be building something you can look back at and say, “I helped build that.”
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle — our shop is not located on a bus route
- Strong and physically capable — you must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs
- Hardworking and willing to put those muscles to use!
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Comfortable working outdoors and at various job sites throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
- Must have your own basic hand tools, tool belt, and safety boots
- Safety-conscious — safety is important to us
- Able to take direction, work independently, and be a team player
- Previous construction or trade experience is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person

Location: Various job sites throughout Winnipeg and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM until the job is completed
Pay: $20 - $26 per hour, based on experience
