Retail Sales Associate
We are Hiring for Part Time
The ideal candidate for this position is friendly, detail oriented, and able to handle the physical demands of the job. A successful candidate will be required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer service including greeting guests as they enter the store and assisting them in finding a product that suits their tastes and budget
- Receiving and putting away orders
- Filling orders
- Stocking products on the shelves
- Cleaning and maintaining the overall appearance of the store
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skill Requirements: A good knowledge of wines, liquor & beer products are an asset or willingness to learn
- Previous liquor store experience would be an asset
- Knowledge of Liquor POS system an asset
- Be able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 40-50lbs boxes
- A valid ProServe™ Certificate
- Required to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays
