Position Overview
Cosmic Visions is seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Office Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure an efficient working environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative duties, front-desk support, document management, and coordination of internal office activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and company records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Assist with data entry and record maintenance.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory.
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Ensure the office remains organized, professional, and operational at all times.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous office administration experience is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work full-time from the office.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (On-Site)
