That's where you come in. As one of New Brunswick's fastest-growing mental health practices, we're looking for a Virtual Client Care Coordinator who can deliver outstanding client support from their home office.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, helping them feel welcomed, supported, and confident from their very first interaction. While you work remotely, you'll remain closely connected to a collaborative team through technology, communication, and shared purpose.
What You'll Do
Deliver Exceptional Client Care
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Guide new and existing clients through the counselling process.
- Schedule appointments and match clients with the therapist best suited to their needs.
- Manage intake forms, documentation, and electronic client records.
Support Therapists
- Coordinate client requests and administrative tasks.
- Communicate important client updates promptly.
- Help therapists stay focused on providing exceptional care.
Billing & Administration
- Process payments and assist with billing questions.
- Submit direct billing to insurance providers.
- Coordinate with clients regarding outstanding balances.
- Support reporting, administrative tasks, and continuous improvement projects.
