Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for a serious, long-term position to be filled. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive repairs and maintenance, ensuring a positive experience from initial consultation to service completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Prior experience is required.

Responsibilities
- Service Advisor is resposible for the front counter and is a critical part of our day to day operation.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a welcoming environment.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Accurately manage and open work orders.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and communicate customer needs to technicians.
- Upsell additional services or products that benefit the customer's vehicle and safety.
- Manage cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers on vehicle status and ensure timely completion of services.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures, parts and maintance recomendation.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service, fostering repeat business.
- Assist in promoting specials or promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Prior dealership experience or mechanic background is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services in a professional manner.
- Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
