Job description
Petroleum Equipment Service Technicians repair and maintain fueling systems in the downstream petroleum sector of the oil and gas industry.
We are looking for an experienced technician to service our clients needs.
Apply safe work practices:
- Control workplace hazards
- Know proper use of PPE
- Apply Worksafe and OSH standards
Maintain leak detection and cardlock systems
Dispenser maintenance ie. Filter changes, hanging hardware replacements
Install/remove and maintain/repair suction pumps and submersible pumps and dispensers
Use computers:
- to perform diagnostics and configure equipment
- install software and hardware for POS and dispensing equipment
- calibrate equipment
Minimum requirements:
- Basic hand tools
- Computer skills including MS office, downloading software, etc..
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid class 5 drivers license
- Able to pass a criminal background check
Training will be provided, wage based on experience.
Service area primarily the lower mainland, some travel out of town required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.13-$40.19 per hour
