We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and advising customers on the best course of action for their vehicle. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The Service Advisor should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and ascertain their needs.
- Provide customers with information about services and products.
- Schedule appointments, delegate work orders to and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
- Order and distribute parts.
- Maintain parts inventory.
- Inspect vehicles for visible defects and document them in the customer's file.
- Inform customers of necessary repairs, maintenance, and associated costs.
- Prepare repair orders and review them with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
