Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in overseeing school operations, including discipline, safety, and administrative functions
- Support teachers and staff in curriculum implementation and instructional strategies
- Lead efforts to promote a positive school climate that encourages student engagement and achievement
- Manage student discipline procedures and address behavioral issues effectively
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
- Develop and monitor school budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
- Coordinate professional development programs for staff to enhance teaching quality
- Organize and oversee extracurricular activities and special events
- Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders regarding school initiatives and student progress

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
