We’re currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our growing remote contact center team. No auto glass experience is required — just a passion for sales, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to inquiries about auto glass services
- Provide accurate price quotes and explain service options clearly
- Convert leads into bookings by confidently closing the sale
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and call quality metrics
- Use internal systems to manage quotes, calls, and bookings
- Collaborate with your team and maintain a high standard of customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales experience (commission-based or target-driven is a major plus)
- Confident, professional phone manner and strong communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Comfortable with intermediate computer skills (typing, navigation, multitasking)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
