We are looking for a carpenter to assist other team members with repairs to residential structures, such as wood rot, removing / re-installing fences, decks (to allow access to repair foundations), build 2x8 interior support walls as per engineer specifications to support foundations, with help from other carpenters or helpers.
Some of the duties include; Repairing or replacing decks, fences, basement framing, installing and replacing joists/beams, assisting with forming areas for concrete work, wood rot repairs or other repairs. There is good versatility in this job, and we are able to accommodate based on experience with many additional benefits.
A company work truck is provided, and health benefits. Cell phone compensation plan, and performance bonus ranging from 3-10% of wage based on experience.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License & Abstract is Required.
