We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead Revit production and documentation for a commercial office renovation and building addition (~6,600 SF total project scope). The project is currently in Design Development and will move into full Construction Documents while construction is occurring in parallel. We are looking for someone confident working in evolving conditions who does not require heavy oversight.
Role Responsibilities
· Stabilize and rationalize existing Revit model
· Assist in locking floor plan and addition footprint
· Manage phasing (existing/demo/new)
· Develop DD set to design freeze
o Produce full CD set: Demo plans, New floor plans, Reflected ceiling plans, Interior elevations, Exterior elevations, Sections, Details, Schedules (doors, finishes, etc.)
· Coordinate with structural and other consultants
· Issue drawing packages for construction
Required Experience
· 6–10+ years architectural production experience
· Strong commercial renovation experience
· Advanced Revit proficiency (not entry-level)
· Demonstrated experience delivering permit/CD packages independently
· Comfortable making technical decisions within defined design intent
· Able to work in an evolving project environment without panic
· Comfortable working in imperfect models
· Understands construction sequencing
· Can identify missing information and proactively resolve it
· Has experience documenting projects during active construction
Engagement Details
· Full-time contract (1–3 months)
· Hybrid or remote (depending on candidate)
· Competitive hourly rate based on experience
