We have one position open for Oilfield Maintenance Mechanic. We are looking for the right candidate to join our team. Candidate needs to work well with others or alone. Have excellent communication skills and detail orientated. 1-4 years of mechanic experience would be an asset but not necessary. Needs to have a valid class 5 drivers license and clean driving record for at least two years. Willing to apprentice the right candidate.
Job responsibilities include:
- Engine services - oil changes and tune ups
- Perform repairs for preventative maintenance
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Troubleshooting fundamentals for determining what repairs need to be completed. All repairs will be completed on site at location.
- Complete paperwork efficiently each day
Safety Certificates required, if candidate does not have, time will be given for them to be completed. First Aid with CPR, H2S, WHMIS, TDG
Candidate will get a fully equipped service truck, PPE will be provided.
Wages negotiable dependent on experience.
Work sites would be located in rural Peace River and surrounding area. Candidate would be home every night.
