Job Summary:
Broda Group LP is currently seeking experienced grader operators for our project near Wollaston Lake, SK.

Successful candidates will be responsible for operating in accordance with quality, safety and efficiency standards.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively and safely complete work with graders. (This includes operating in adverse terrain, weather conditions, and/or near other equipment and utilities)
- Operate in a safety conscientious, energetic environment with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
- Interpret verbal and non-verbal communication (hand signals)
- Perform equipment inspections and servicing including start-up inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring good housekeeping
- Recognize existing and potential hazards and know how to identify these hazards through conducting Field Level Hazard Assessments
- Demonstrate the ability to work under minimum supervision
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License

- Shift work including evenings and weekends
