Overview
We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude. Prior office experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided to support your growth and success in this role.
Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
- Support bookkeeping activities using OFFICE365 and assist with vendor management
- Participate in human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and employee record keeping
- Assist with payroll processing and basic budgeting tasks
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and manage vendor relationships
- Support team management efforts by supervising small projects or tasks as assigned
- Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining an organized workspace and managing administrative workflows
- Other tasks can be substituted or added for more experienced candidates
Requirements
- Prior office or clerical experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong organizational skills are essential
- Familiarity with Office365 and Excel, bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management is a plus
- Experience with front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette is desirable
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are required
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail are critical for success in this role
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support training & development initiatives
- Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of human resources processes and office software applications

Pay: $40,950.00-$60,952.57 per year
