The Graphic Designer helps bring Manitoba Club's brand to life through print and digital communications. Reporting to the Manager, Design, Brand & Communications, you'll create, produce and deliver materials that support members, guests, events and club operations. This hands-on role combines creative design with production, taking projects from concept to final delivery.
What You'll Do
Design & Production
- Design and produce print and digital materials, including menus, event pieces, publications, signage, email graphics and marketing materials.
- Update existing materials while maintaining brand standards.
- Prepare production-ready files for print and digital publishing.
- Update website and email marketing content.
Quality Control
- Proofread and review files for accuracy and consistency.
- Prepare proofs, incorporate feedback and finalize files for production.
Production Support
- Assemble, trim, mount and install printed materials and displays.
- Prepare in-house mailings and other finished pieces.
- Organize digital assets and maintain production supplies.
What You'll Bring
- Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of graphic design experience, including print and digital production.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
- Strong attention to detail, organization and time management.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to producing high-quality, thoughtful work.
- Experience creating and editing video content for social media is an asset.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
