Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Server/Bartender to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Duties
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines.
- Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing special requests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations throughout shifts.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy hours.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the bar area before and after shifts as needed.
- Uphold hospitality standards by creating a positive dining experience for guests.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
