As a Seed Orchard Worker, you’ll play a vital role in tree care, pollination, and seed collection, gaining valuable experience while working in a dynamic, outdoor environment. - Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; enrollment in or completion of a forestry program is a plus.
- Experience: No prior experience required, but experience in outdoor labor, tree care, or forestry is preferred.
- Skills & Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, ability to work outdoors in various conditions, and comfort working at heights. Possible lifting of up to 50lbs.
- Certifications: No certifications required, but a Class 5 driver’s license is preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
