Après is a locally owned real‑fruit ice cream shop in Downtown Penticton. We’re looking for 2 casual FOH Team Members who bring warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality to every shift to join us for the 2026 summer season.

Swirl real‑fruit ice cream, blend smoothies & smoothie bowls, craft espresso drinks, and support light food prep

Keep service moving smoothly during busy periods

Maintain high standards for product quality and presentation

Keep the shop clean, organized, and well‑stocked

Follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Support daily tasks such as restocking, labelling, rotating, and prepping

Friendly, reliable, and excited to create great guest experiences

Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with lots of moving parts

A strong communicator who works well with others

Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Available April through fall, including evenings and weekends

Foodsafe Certified (or willing to obtain)

Coffee/espresso experience is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person

Confident holding down the shop solo for short periods, while knowing larger decisions go to the Shift Leader
The full-time position is Thursday through Monday from 2:30pm - 9:30pm.
The part‑time role will require open flexibility to fill in during busy events. Weekend availability is essential.
Vacation Blackout Dates
May to September is our busiest time of the year and you must be able to work:
~ Community Events - Peach City Beach Cruise, Elvis Festival, Peach Fest, Etc.
~ Canada Day
~ August Long Weekend (BC Day)
~ Labour Day Weekend
