Responsibilities

Roadmap Alignment: Partner closely with Business Analysts to internalize, shape, and drive the overall product vision and roadmap

Scope & Backlog Management: Define and prioritize product capabilities, Epics, and user stories, detailing clear success criteria and business logic

Sprint & Backlog Grooming: Participate in sprint reviews, collect constructive feedback, and ensure it is systematically integrated and prioritized within the backlog

Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary, go-to resource for all business-related questions, providing clear domain guidance to the development team

Product Support: Actively participate in incident triaging to maintain high product quality and address issues promptly
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar field; a Master’s degree in Computer Science is highly preferred

Experience: 8+ years of professional experience specializing in business analysis, requirements management, and product management

Domain Expertise: Proven experience in the Financial Services industry; direct experience within Wealth Management or a broker-dealer environment is a significant advantage

Technical Savvy: Direct, hands-on experience driving legacy modernization initiatives

Professional Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, sharp attention to detail, and a strong business acumen to advocate for the end-customer perspective
