Currently Capital Gear is seeking a hard working, mechanically inclined individual to fill our Warehousing position. This candidate must be very organized, be able to work with little supervision, be reliable, self-motivated and be able to multi task in a fast paced working environment. Candidates will also have a consistent & solid past work history with minimum 3 references. This position performs a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
· Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pull/assemble customer orders, check outbound orders for accuracy and completeness, inventory stock checks, restock and label vendor product, move, store, and replenish material, and conduct weekly cycle counts.
· Following up with orders for quality assurance and confirmed delivery of product. Also responsible for the handling of any returns and exchanges that may occur. Dealing with USMCA and other cross border forms and ensuring they are filled out promptly and correctly.
· Generate accurate records of all stocked inventory and related supplies including: company boxes and packing materials while communicating low quantities and replenishing stock as needed.
· Performs receiving duties such as receive and unload inbound material, process inbound shipments, stock material, process customer returns and notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
· Support Production through prompt, timely and accurate processing of core returns from the customers.
· Maintains clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, recycling of all paper & cardboard etc.
· Maintains a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules as outlined in the Safety Program and by reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions and acts to the management team.
· Assist in communications between Capital Gear Ltd, our internal teams and our customers, suppliers, and couriers.

Education and Knowledge:
· Requires high school diploma or GED
· Certified Forklift Operator
Experience:
· Min 3 Years’ Experience in warehousing/ shipping / receiving
· Experience with NAFTA forms
