Entry Level Recruiting Senior Analyst
The Entry Level Recruiting Senior Analyst is responsible for delivering a personalized, high-touch candidate experience to meet Accenture's entry level recruiting needs. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines for early talent opportunities and programs, with a primary focus on Western Canada.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and the broader Talent Acquisition team, this role plays a key part in building a strong and diverse early talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential students into Accenture's early talent programs.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with internal stakeholders to design a tailored recruiting approach that meets entry level recruitment demand across Western Canada.
Execute full-cycle recruitment for entry level candidates across Accenture’s early talent programs
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions, student groups and associations, and internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with career centres, faculty, student associations, and campus clubs to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in campus events including career fairs, information sessions, case competitions, workshops, and networking events.
Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers in alignment with program timelines and requirements.
Support the identification of the right student profiles and program eligibility criteria in partnership with business stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in recruitment management tools (e.g., Workday, HiredScore, Paradox).
Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to ensure a consistent and positive candidate experience.
Represent Accenture as a brand ambassador on campus, promoting our employee value proposition to prospective talent.
Stay current on campus recruitment trends, student expectations, and the competitive landscape in Western Canada.

Basic Qualifications
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on early talent programs.
Solid understanding of the post-secondary landscape in Western Canada.
Proven ability to build and manage campus partnerships and recruitment programs.
Experience with campus event planning and execution.
Comfortable with data and reporting; familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
College Diploma in related field
Experience recruiting within tech, consulting, or professional services environments.
Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies targeting underrepresented groups in STEM.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruiting and sourcing processes, procedures, and tools.
Knowledge of Accenture's business objectives and organizational structure is an asset.
