Summary:
Eastway Toyota/Lexus of Windsor is seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Relationship Specialist to join our dealership team. The core mission of this role is to elevate the guest experience, resolve customer concerns with empathy and speed, and promote long-term loyalty and engagement with our products and services. You will act as a vital bridge between our guests and our departmental managers to ensure we are consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Address all incoming customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely, professional manner to ensure full satisfaction and a positive resolution.
- Coordinate closely with service, parts, and sales managers to address customer needs and streamline the overall guest experience.
- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with guests to promote retention and foster brand loyalty across both the Toyota and Lexus brands.
- Proactively follow up with recent sales and service guests to gather feedback, track satisfaction trends, and identify areas where we can improve our service delivery.
- Assist management in implementing internal processes to meet or exceed manufacturer customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
- Deliver exceptional verbal and written communication with a natural ability to build rapport and handle difficult situations with diplomacy and grace.
- Utilize strong critical thinking, conflict-resolution skills, and a proactive mindset to handle complex customer service scenarios.
- Maintain excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to effectively manage multi-step resolutions across multiple internal departments.
- Apply previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a dealership environment to maintain a luxury-level guest experience.
- Bring a genuine interest in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering a premier guest service standard.
