We're a craft-focused restaurant perched at the Sidney marina, where the Pacific Northwest isn't just an inspiration — it's on the plate every day. We work directly with local farmers, fishers, and foragers to bring honest, seasonal food to our guests. Our kitchen is led by a chef who believes in developing talent, maintaining high standards, and building a team that takes real pride in what they cook.
The role
- Execute daily prep and service on the line with consistency and care
- Handle fresh, locally sourced seafood and seasonal ingredients with skill
- Collaborate closely with the chef on daily specials and menu development
- Uphold our standards for quality, hygiene, and kitchen organization
- Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
- What you bring:
- 2–4 years of solid line experience in a quality kitchen
- A genuine passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cooking
- Strong knife skills, station organization, and the ability to work clean under pressure
- A team-first mindset — ego-free, coachable, and reliable
- Food Safe certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
