Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision
- Conduct product demos and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Provide product information and technical details to customers, including basic troubleshooting if needed
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring shelves are well-stocked
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods while maintaining high service standards
- Use excellent communication skills to answer questions, address concerns, and promote store promotions or new products
- Uphold phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Support team efforts by collaborating on store organization tasks and ensuring a clean, organized environment
Experience
- Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base effectively
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills will help you succeed in this role
- Experience in technology sales or product demos is a plus for engaging customers with technical products
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent communication abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks smoothly
