Serving Team Member Responsibilities:
- Packing catering vehicles with equipment and food at kitchen location.
- Unloading catering vehicles of equipment and food at venue location.
- On site light food preparation as required by the event
- Setting up and restocking of buffet stations
- Serving at appetizer and buffet stations
- Clearing guest tables
- Cleaning and washing of dishes and equipment at venue location
- Unloading catering vehicles of equipment and food at kitchen location
- Clean up of equipment and dishes from event
- Other responsibilities as required by management
Serving Shifts:
- Serving team members are expected to be available 3 out of 4 weekends per month for available shifts unless otherwise discussed.
- The average serving shift is 8-10 hours.
- The average serving shift begins and ends at our Stirling kitchen location. Team members are responsible for getting themselves to the kitchen to begin their shift, then the team is transported to the event in our catering vehicles.
- A B&C Hat & collared Shirt will be supplied. We ask that you provide a pair of black pants and black non slip shoes.
Serving Team Member Qualifications:
- Food Handlers Certification (if you do not have this course completed, we can help!)
- G2 or G drivers license is an asset
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
